Desert treasure

And now my most recent clay model. A clay Desert Eyrie from Neopets! |D
I'm sure several of my friends have heard my goings on about how messily I've been painting it, well here, see for yourselves.
I really really need to get better at painting. The main part of this I like is the wings, and they aren't nearly as detailed as those of my clay owl.
However I have still learnt while making this, something I always hope to do. This was the first clay thing that is stood up I've made and I know more about being able to mold the legs easier.

Okayokay. Made with: DAS air drying clay, acrylic paints that dry too glossy for their own good, small adhesive gems meant to be used in card making, old earphone wire to make the tail(It moves about!), two old chunks of wood in the base, and several pieces of old jewelry as the 'treasure'. Anddd. It's about 2.5 inches to it's shoulder, and 5 inches to the top of it's wings.
